Mr. Brown is a dynamic, energetic and highly experienced professional with decades of experience in training engineers for naval ship building, public policy and education in public schools. He is an expert at managing teams involved in economic improvement projects, building and guiding top-performing teams, and optimizing internal operations. For more than two decades he served as the academic apprentice instructor training apprentices to become engineers and navy shipbuilders. For over two decades, he served in political leadership roles (Vice Mayor and City Councilman) in the City of Suffolk, VA. He completed the program for Senior Executives at Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government, a Master's of Human Resources from George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics and Physics.
Ms. Brown-Whitehead is a focused enterprise risk, compliance, quality system, auditing senior program manager bringing 17+ years of experience managing activities, programs, and resources to meet customer needs. She is Flexible and adaptable with superior communication, relationship management and influencing skills. Ms. Brown-Whitehead has a proven history of identifying issues, acquiring data, and drawing conclusions to support resolution. She has strong aptitude for leading teams to effectively address client needs and implement changes by supporting strategic initiatives. She supports the management of ongoing projects, including overseeing staff, driving client communications, and tracking and reporting on project status. Moreover, she is skilled at interacting with C-Suite executives around risk issues at the highest levels of the organization. She possesses a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Spelman College.
Mr. Moore is an accomplished information technology professional with extensive leadership experience and expertise in Windows Server systems, Active Directory, and Windows security. His career spans roles in IT operations management, project leadership, and system administration across various organizations including TeamLogic IT, Imagine One Technology & Management, Lockheed Martin, and the U.S. Navy. Moore has a proven record of delivering IT projects on time, leading teams, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. He specializes in Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and network security. He possesses a Master’s of Science degree in Information Technology Management from Colorado Technical University - Colorado Springs, CO; Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2000 (MCSE+I), Old Dominion University IT/PRO and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering 1987 (BSCE), University of Hartford.
Mr. Turner is a dedicated and mission-driven professional with a strong background in systems engineering, education, leadership, and community engagement. He has a proven ability to support our Military Warfighter and maintain readiness for our Nation through collaborative initiatives and strategic planning. He is kkilled in mentoring, team development, and fostering inclusive environments that promote lifelong learning and growth. He passionate about empowering individuals. He served in key Systems Engineering leadership roles with the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Portsmouth, VA from 1984–2017. As the Executive Manager for Joint Technology and Development in Washington, DC, he directed the AWESOME Project, pioneering drone launch capabilities from submerged submarines, spearheaded advanced technology initiatives to enhance joint military capabilities and collaborated with senior defense stakeholders to align innovation with strategic objectives.
Ms. Brown has served as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients across multiple roles, including property management, financial services, and legal operations. Was responsible for managing all facets of client engagement, including intake, consultation, issue escalation, and resolution. Applied strong interpersonal and professional communication skills to personalize interactions, clarify expectations, and maintain positive relationships across diverse populations in high-volume environments.
